Standard Specifications* and Features

1.5 lb Density Foam Cores with 4"-2" taper (R18.2) for better snow/water runoff.

Marine Vinyl, heavy duty, 28 oz. spa cover grade features an attractive, swirled pattern, below zero cold crack rated, anti-bacterial, mildew treated in 7 designer colors.

Tight, Heat Seal Cushions prevent heat from escaping from seam/fold area. Placed 1" from cover edge. Note, on Order Form if this placement does not place cushions on flat, plastic surface of tub. Must be placed on shell to correctly to hold in heat.

Continuous Skirting around edge of spa cover produces a uniform look at 2 1/4' to 2 1/2" long. Other lengths available.

Outdoor, UV Treated Thread, lubricated and bonded for long life. 100% American made..

4 mil Poly Vapor Barrier Wrap for foam insulation cores. Pure, virgin, poly material, with heat seal, melted edges (no tape). Vacuum Tested for Sealing Integrity, 30 month or 2 1/2 yrs Water Saturation Guarantee. optional 4 year guarantee.

One(1) Inch Wide Fold/Seam. Note on Order form is cover lift/remover used. Seam width may need to be adjusted.

25 Gauge Steel Center Bracing, 2 1/2" wide, galvanized, double ribbed for added strength embeds 1.25" deep into center of foam.. Prevents center of cover from bowing under downward stress and snow load.

Strong, Handle Backing System. Reinforcement panel placed inside cover and inside handles.

Spa Cover Bottom Material: Heavy, 11 oz polyester, double layer material. (w/drain hole). Seam less one piece design ends torn spa bottoms. No thread to deteriorate.

Fold Reinforcement Backing at ends of fold/seam to prevent tearing at seam/fold. Extends cover life if using a cover lift/remover device.

Removable, Replaceable Foam Cores. Easy to remove and replace.

Four(4) Year, Limited Warranty on vinyl cover, 100% first 12 months.

Mounting screws, key, cover care instructions, lockable buckles included. Cover not wrapped unless requested at added charge.

Cover Options at Additional Charge

- 20 GA. Heavy Duty Center Bracing for added protection against breaking foam core under heavy snow loads (.044" thick steel vs std .024"). Double ribbed design adds strength. Embedded 1.25" into thick part of foam insulation cores.

- Northwoods Energy Saver Package - 100% Thinsulate Insulated Fold/Seam. Full length of seam/fold insulated to reduce heat loss at seam.

- Ultra Seal Vapor Barrier Wrap Saturation Guarantee, 48 mo. on foam cores. 100% replacement guarantee.

- Marine Top Fabric ("TOP GUN") is an 11 oz.fabric(not plastic vinyl) for added strength and puncture resistance. Long lasting, tough, attractive, 100% polyester material replaces vinyl top material with this option. Spa top is Top Gun, sides are marine vinyl. Mfg requires "Aqua Tite" to maintain fabric durability and water repellency. This material will have slight wrinkles initially and/or over time.

- Hi-Density 2 lb Foam Cores (4-2" taper & R19 insulation) for added strength and added insulation factor(R)

- SeamSaver is reinforcement material sewn into the full length of seam/fold to protect against tearing caused by some cover lifts.

- Inside Handles(2) assists in cover removal and moving cover. Placed under fold/seam on underside of cover adds convenience.

- UV Vinyl Sun Protectant Treatment. 303 Aerospace protects spa vinyl against premature sun damage. Factory applied.

Cover Lifts/Removers

Roller...no lifting, no cover damage...just slide cover on to roller bars(2).

Glider Pro...great for tight situations. This traditional lift features a rotating sleeve to stop binding on seam/fold.

Glider Deluxe...for deck mounting, featuring sturdy, square tubing for superior lifting power.

CoverKeeper... for tight situations of 8-10" behind tub. Cover rests on end of tub. Models for all tub shapes.

Cover Basket ... cradles cover, no fold damage, requires 26" behind tub. Easy installation.

Universal ... mounts on side or deck, cover sits on end of plastic shell. Exclusive Power Assist option does all the work to lift cover off tub. Manual version available

Note: As a sewn product, precise measurements, fitting and placements are not always possible. We reserve a tolerance of +- 1/4" in some areas. Top Gun will have slight wrinkles initially and/or over time.
