Thank you for considering Midwest Spa Covers & Accessories for your spa/hot tub needs.
Please read these important tips. They will assist you getting your spa cover built to your needs.
Print Additional Information
1) If the current cover fits correctly, take the measurements off the top or underside of the old cover. The underside measurement is slightly more accurate. Measure the length of the fold, between the skirts and across the fold between the skirting. Or, measure actual plastic portion of the tub.
- Be sure to match the fold length "A" to the diagram on the Order Form.
- Be alert the fasteners are not positioned over a control panel or some other obstacle.
- If you are unsure about a rounded corner, a smaller dimension is preferable.
2) Take measurements on ALL sides. Don’t assume they are all the same. Use a steel tape, and use inches. Measure the OUTSIDE of the tub.
3) Draw pictures and include with order if unsure.
4) Most people add a little (1/2" ) to the exact measurements for ease of cover placement.
5) If the top surface/lip of the plastic tub (the flat area the cover rests on) is narrow (1-2 inches wide), note. This is the flat surface the cover rests on. This is required, since the side heat seal cushions may need to be moved to sit over the lip.
See the Spa Cover Order Form for payment details. Typically, delivery time is 5-8 days.
** Spa covers are custom made. No returns.
