Replacement Foam Inserts / Replacement Foam Cores
See Price List for current pricing. Factory pickup pricing.. Shipping to east and west coast states is typically about $130. Expect charges ranging from $85 to $120 within a 750 mile radius of St Paul, MN.
Carefully read ALL the information below:
Insulation foam insert cores are available for all cover brands. They are vacuum tested, 100% heat sealed to be virtually moisture proof, 4 mil poly wrapped, 1.5lb density EPS foam. Cost is $79 per half. Optional 2lb hi-density, add $20 per piece.
We stock foam insert cores with a 4" to 2" taper. (Our 4 foot x 8 foot stock foam sheet tapers from 4" to 2"). At the 48" edge one side is 4" thick and the thin edge is 2" thick. . Yours may appear to be a 4"-2" taper, but many times is not.
Non-Standard Foam Cores:
If the taper on your foam insert is NOT a TRUE 4"-2" taper, a $45 shipping charge from the foam factory to our location is added to the standard price. Also, foam cores then must be ordered in pairs or 2 x $78.
